Local Pick Up

Yes. You will see a Local Pick up option at checkout. Our pick up location is in Bellbird Park, Brisbane QLD.

Please check the junk or spam folders of your email. If it’s still no where to be seen, please email us at: support@hepiandco.com

Please note that once orders have been placed it is very difficult to make any changes. Contact us at admin@hepiandco.com to discuss your situation and to see if there is anything we can do but we cannot guarantee anything.

Once you get to checkout, there will be a promo code field for you to input your special code. 

Payment & Shipping

We accept all major credit cards. We also provide a pay later option via Afterpay.

All orders are dispatched within one (1) business day, except for our fresh meats which are packed a delivered every Friday. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to your email along with a tracking link.

Returns

On the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please contact us. See our Refund policy for details.

If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness please contact the shipping carrier for further information on your order. We would also be happy to assist should there be any problems: support@hepiandco.com. 

Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.
